Now Hiring: Service Operations Specialist

Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Office)
Pay: $30–$32 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time

Aquafinity is seeking a Service Operations Specialist to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our Service Department. This role helps keep service operations running smoothly by assisting with service maintenance agreements, preparing service quotes, supporting technician reporting, and coordinating with service staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and tracking of Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) quotes
• Maintain service agreement records and monitor renewals
• Prepare service quotes based on technician recommendations and scope of work
• Process Requests for Quotes (RFQs) from technicians and service staff
• Support technician reporting and field documentation
• Assist with billing documentation and service follow-up
• Help coordinate service activities between technicians and internal teams
• Perform additional administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or coursework in business administration preferred
• 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, operations support, quoting, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
