What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term service work for Field Service Technicians
  • Maintain accurate service calendars and ensure efficient technician routing
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and support
  • Coordinate across departments including Service, Sales, Accounting, and Field Teams
  • Manage parts and materials needed for service jobs and projects
  • Respond to and coordinate emergency service requests with urgency and professionalism
  • Maintain customer records and service documentation within CRM/ERP systems
  • Notify customers and technicians of any scheduling updates or changes
  • Ensure service orders are completed within established timelines
  • Generate scheduling reports and job status updates as needed
  • Review service orders and coordinate with contractors when applicable
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and support overall service operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience coordinating across teams and working directly with customers
  • Working knowledge of service operations and quoting processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Ability to understand service scope and collaborate with technical teams

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in service coordination, operations, quoting, or similar role
  • Experience with service management software or project tracking systems preferred
