Now Hiring: Commercial Pool Equipment Technician
Location: Miami, FL

Pay: $24 – $28 per hour
Full-Time | Day Shift | Company Vehicle Provided

At Aquafinity, our technicians are the boots on the ground keeping commercial aquatic facilities running safely and efficiently. From luxury resorts and universities to municipal aquatic centers, our team services some of the most advanced pool filtration and circulation systems in the industry.

If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical problems, working with pumps and motors, and solving real-world challenges in the field, this is a role where your skills will grow quickly.

What You'll Do

As a Pool Equipment Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing commercial pool systems across the Miami area.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and repair pool pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automation systems
• Inspect commercial pool equipment to identify mechanical or operational issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and system diagnostics
• Complete minor plumbing and electrical repairs related to pool equipment
• Work directly with facility managers and operators to explain repairs and equipment operation
• Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or service improvements
• Document service work and maintain accurate job records

Every day brings something different. One morning you may be replacing a circulation pump. The afternoon could involve diagnosing a filtration issue at a resort pool.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for technicians who enjoy solving mechanical problems and working independently in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of mechanical, equipment, or maintenance experience
Experience with pumps, motors, filtration systems, HVAC, plumbing, or similar equipment
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete repairs
Strong communication skills when working with customers
Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pool industry experience is a plus — but not required. We provide training.

What You’ll Get

 Competitive hourly pay ($24–$28/hr)
Paid training and hands-on technical development
 Medical and dental benefits
 401(k) with company match
 Company vehicle for service calls
 Consistent full-time schedule
Opportunities to grow into senior technician or specialist roles
