AquaFinity is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Aquatics Sales Representative to join our team. Focused on the Southern California commercial market, this role offers the opportunity to represent cutting-edge recreational and water treatment systems. Your Role
As a Commercial Aquatics Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop New Business: Identify and pursue sales opportunities with commercial clients, such as hotels, swim schools, HOAs, YMCAs, multi-family properties, and contractors.
- Support Existing Clients: Evaluate facilities and recommend upgrades to equipment and infrastructure.
- Manage Projects: Oversee equipment retrofits and replacements, collaborating with the Service Department and subcontractors.
- Generate Sales: Secure equipment, service, and renovation sales, including energy-efficiency projects and technical services.
- Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct field appointments and cold calls (in person and by phone).
- Follow up on sales leads, educate customers, and present equipment quotes.
- Present to mid- and high-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with administrative sales staff and customer service representatives.
- Travel: Regular travel within your assigned Southern California territory.

Qualifications:

- Field sales experience is a plus
- 2–3+ years of aquatic sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and organized
