About Us:
AquaFinity is a leader in the aquatics industry, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Sales Representative to join our team and grow our business in the California service market.

Your Role:
As an SMA Sales Representative, you’ll develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, identify new business opportunities, and promote AquaFinity’s services. This role involves a blend of field sales, customer relationship management, and technical sales, making it ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to develop and sell Service Maintenance Agreements (SMAs).
• Execute and review customer contracts.
• Coordinate and schedule service work using in-house tools like Outlook.
• Manage on-site parts lockers and review SMA field service reports for accuracy and repair recommendations.
• Prepare proposals for recommended repair work and process contract renewals.
• Educate customers, prepare and present agreement quotes, and follow up with mid-to-high-level decision-makers.
• Collaborate with administrative sales and technical service staff.
• Travel daily within the assigned California territory.

What We’re Looking For:

• Field sales experience (2–3+ years).
• Knowledge of the aquatics industry (a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• The ability to learn our ERP system (aACE).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• A 4-year degree program (preferred but not required).
