Now, we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) Sales Representative to help us grow our service footprint across California.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects

• Promote and sell Service Maintenance Agreements (SMAs) that make a difference

• Draft and review contracts, schedule service work, and manage field logistics

• Maintain on-site parts lockers and ensure field reports are accurate

• Prepare quotes, repair proposals, and renewals with clarity and confidence

• Educate and present to key decision-makers—building trust and closing deals

• Collaborate with our admin, sales, and technical teams to deliver excellence

• Travel: 75% Southern CA / 25% Northern CA

💼 What You Bring to the Pool Party:
✔ 2–3+ years of field sales experience (B2B a plus!)
✔ Experience in aquatics, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical? Big plus!
✔ Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
✔ Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
✔ Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
✔ ERP experience? Great! (We use aACE, but we’ll train you)
🎓 Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
