Now Hiring: Entry-Level Pool Equipment Installer / Plumbing Technician

Location: Seattle, WA + Statewide Travel

Pay: $25.00–$33.00/hr

Are you mechanically inclined and ready to start a hands-on career in a skilled trade? Join our growing team as an Entry-Level Pool Equipment Installer / Plumbing Technician and learn on the job while working across the Seattle area and greater Washington state.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with installing and maintaining commercial pool systems (pumps, chemical feeders, VFDs, etc.)

• Learn to read blueprints and follow technical plans

• Support plumbing, low-voltage wiring, and system startups

• Follow safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness

• Travel to job sites across WA (some overnight trips required)

• Communicate with team members and clients to ensure quality work

• High school diploma or GED

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn

• Comfortable with tools and outdoor work in all seasons

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is a plus
