Salary Range: $85,000–$90,000/year

Aquafinity is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead our technical service operations in the Tempe, AZ region. This role is critical to maintaining exceptional service quality, supporting technician development, and collaborating across departments to grow and optimize our service network. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Service & Support

• Provide on-site and remote technical service to customers.
• Support Territory Managers and clients with expert technical guidance.
• Help monitor regional budgets, expenses, and drive revenue growth.

Team Leadership & Training

• Manage and develop a team of field technicians.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor technicians to meet service standards.
• Lead ride-alongs and training sessions to ensure team success.

Service Operations & Expansion

• Oversee major installations and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Territory Manager to grow service coverage and capabilities.
• Vet and train contractors to maintain Aquafinity’s quality standards.

Collaboration & Communication

• Join weekly leadership calls to align on projects and service goals.
• Provide technical support to sales teams during bids and installations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and in-person support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field service management or technical operations.
• Strong knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance practices.
• Prior leadership experience in training and mentoring technicians.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel within the territory.
• Background in commercial aquatic systems or water treatment is a plus.
