Aquafinity seeks a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team! Suppose you’re passionate about the aquatics industry and thrive in fast-paced, client-focused roles. What You’ll Do
- Prospect and grow sales within the institutional and commercial market (hotels, casinos, HOAs, swimming schools, municipalities, YMCAs, and more)
- Assess existing facilities and recommend equipment improvements or retrofits
- Drive new business and manage equipment projects alongside service teams and subcontractors
- Deliver client-focused solutions, including new installations, renovations, and energy-efficient upgrades
- Conduct field appointments, cold calls, and presentations to mid- and senior-level decision makers
- Prepare equipment quotes, follow up on manufacturer leads, and maintain strong communication with internal teams
- Travel daily within your assigned territory
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years in aquatic or technical sales (preferred)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to learn our ERP system (aACE)
- Organized, punctual, and results-driven with excellent time management
- Ability to assess technical problems and propose solutions
- A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required
- Field sales experience is a strong asset
