💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the primary point of contact for our customers—via phone, email, or in person
• Guide clients in selecting the right pool products with expert technical support
• Handle quotes, process orders, and manage product returns
• Collaborate with inventory, shipping, and sales teams for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate customer information and order tracking

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the aquatics industry (required)
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing is a plus
• Clear communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Self-starter who’s proactive, collaborative, and upbeat
