As we continue to expand, we are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Inside Sales Customer Associate to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a customer-focused individual with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in person
• Provide expert guidance on pool-related products and assist customers in identifying appropriate solutions
• Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and product returns in a timely manner
• Assist in receiving, stocking, pulling, and shipping product as needed
• Manage warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams, including inventory, shipping, and operations, to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and transaction documentation
• Provide delivery estimates based on vendor production and logistics timelines

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service (pool or aquatics industry experience preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds with a dolly
• Familiarity with pool supplies, parts, or construction is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $24.00–$30.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
