NOW HIRING: Service Parts Specialist – Aquatic Equipment Division
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Full-Time | $27 – $40/hour (Based on Experience)

Are you highly organized with a passion for logistics, accuracy, and supporting field teams behind the scenes? Aquafinity is hiring a Service Parts Specialist to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Based in our Southern California location, this position supports our field technicians by ordering, tracking, and staging critical parts for service work — all while maintaining strong vendor relationships and collaborating with internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Confirm and validate materials needed on service quotes
  • Order approved parts and manage shipments from vendors
  • Track deliveries and update schedules with accurate ETAs
  • Notify service teams when materials are ready to install
  • Stage parts and boxes for technicians and maintenance agreements
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock transfers
  • Collaborate with schedulers, technicians, and warehouse staff

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, parts coordination, or inventory control
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or service environments preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload (lifting up to 50 lbs)
  • A team-first attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands
  • Occasional lifting and moving of parts and boxes (up to 50 lbs)
  • Ability to perform tasks that may require physical dexterity and mobility
