Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support our outside sales representatives and serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments.

What You’ll Do

As the Inside Sales Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with outside sales representatives to prepare accurate, timely, and well-organized estimates and proposals.
• Working closely with the Service Team on installation quotes and schedules.
• Administering bids, purchase contracts, bonds, and sales orders.
• Manage vendor purchase orders and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Following up on open quotes, RFPs/RFQs, and customer communications.
• Researching and resolving order issues and maintaining up-to-date customer files.
• Providing outstanding administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales administration experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in handling detailed documentation, quotes, and contracts with accuracy.
