Job Overview:
As a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day warehouse tasks, operate forklifts safely, and support order processing and field operations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring inventory accuracy and smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, stocking, staging, and fulfillment of inventory.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation.
- Support Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Service Order workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures.
- Provide cross-training in order entry, purchasing, and service support.
- Assist with field operations, deliveries, and service tasks as needed.
- Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven warehouse and forklift operation experience (certification preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer and data entry skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, crouch, kneel, and work outdoors.
