Location: Arlington, Reston, Richmond VA, and surrounding areas
Salary: $70,000 – $120,000/year (Base + Commission)

We’re hiring a Regional Technical Manager to lead technical service and operations for commercial aquatic systems. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives on independence, technical problem-solving, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your regional territory
• Perform technical service: installations, repairs, preventative maintenance
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and expand service contracts
• Collaborate with remote teams for scheduling and project management
• Represent Aquafinity at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical service and/or sales (commercial pool, HVAC, or water treatment preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (including overnight stays)
• Ability to perform light physical tasks
• Completion of Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) training within one year
